The Jazzlab Saxholder is a completely new shoulder carrying system for all saxophones, but also for bass clarinet and bassoon. To relieve the cervical vertebra it transfers the whole instrument weight evenly on both shoulders and yet it is easy, both sitting and standing! Within seconds, the Jazzlab Saxholder can be easily adjusted in height with one hand. Moreover, it can be kept during transport in the saxophone bell.
Conventional saxophone straps weigh heavily on the cervical vertebrae with the weight of the instrument. Over time chronic pain and even injury in many players occur. Saxholder is a novel, patented three-point supporting system: the entire saxophone weight is transferred to the two padded shoulder strap and supported simultaneously with the abdominal support.
