Although the outward appearance may look familiar at first glance, numerous improvements are hiding "under the hood": iLoud MTM MKII once again sets a new standard.

Improved speaker drivers
Redesigned custom mid-woofers not only provide more volume and definition in the low end, but also improve clarity
and articulation. Thanks to the lighter and stiffer moving mass, the MKII mid-woofers reproduce even the smallest detail in the midrange
and enable a more revealing and critical listening experience, ultimately leading to a faster and more accurate workflow in the mix.
Improved off-axis and in-room dispersion
Controlled vertical dispersion was one of the key features of the original iLoud MTM design.
This has been retained in the MKII to minimise unwanted interactions that can occur with untreated ceilings or desks.
However, the MKII's horizontal dispersion has been significantly improved, resulting in a wider sweet spot and a smoother in-room frequency response.
Improved power efficiency and SPL
The speaker's entire power management has been improved. As a result, iLoud MTM MKII
is able to deliver a higher maximum sound pressure level compared with its predecessor.
Higher onboard processing power, improved DSP
The onboard processing power has almost doubled compared with the original iLoud MTM.
The speaker now operates at 96 kHz, so all DSP processing works with higher precision and provides more transparency and resolution; the ARC
correction is now directly derived from the Precision series and supports virtual X-Monitor voicing.
Improved room correction
A new version of ARC technology is integrated into iLoud MTM MKII, offering significant improvements over the previous version.
With the same technology and correction algorithms used in the iLoud Precision series, the MTM MKII is able
to guarantee unmatched definition and reproducibility in virtually any environment.
iLoud MTM MKII is now compatible with X-Monitor
X-Monitor is advanced control software for iLoud family speakers that gives the user full control over all speaker functions via a clear and intuitive user interface.
