Manuel Gardner Fernandes is a German guitarist who started playing guitar at the age of three. Today he is an inspiring artist at the forefront of the modern guitar style. His percussive approach, based on dead notes and hard strumming, is influenced by metal, fusion, jazz, soul and funk. His unique approach to the instrument has helped him build a huge following on Instagram, and he also proves his work as a composer with the prog-metal band Unprocessed.
Manuel's signature guitar features a flame maple top on a Nyatoh body, a three-piece roasted maple/bubinga neck and a roasted birdseye maple fretboard with rolled fret edges. The guitar is fitted with Q58 pickups in H-H configuration, a Dyna-MIX10 switching system with Alter Switch for ten tonal variations and luminescent side dots.
