Ibanez LD303 Multi Delay Effect Pedal

Product information "Ibanez LD303 Multi Delay Effect Pedal"

The name Layer Delayer already gives away the game: the Ibanez LD303 specialises in layered, rhythmic ambient delay sounds. The basic delay time is set to a quarter note and corresponding 16th-note and triplet echo repeats are generated in addition. Each delay signal can be adjusted individually in level. Three delay types are available: Digital, Analog and Tape Echo. The echo repeats can be shaped with a classic low-pass ladder filter (as used in the legendary Moog® synthesizers). In stereo operation the delay repeats can be automatically positioned via auto-panning across the stereo panorama (8 selectable panning modes). All parameters of the LD303 can be controlled via MIDI and the pedal’s timing can be synchronised to MIDI Clock. The FX Loop lets you integrate external pedals into the Layer Delayer's signal path. The Tail Decay function allows you to smoothly control the decay of the delay signal while in bypass. Firmware can be updated via the USB port — a free Layer Delayer Editor/Library app enables stress-free editing and archiving of presets.

About Ibanez

The Japanese instrument maker Ibanez can look back on a long tradition in guitar and bass construction. Although Ibanez initially made a name for itself with idiosyncratic copies of traditional models from makers like Gibson and Fender, its own series gradually emerged, such as the Iceman, JEM, Artcore and RG. In the 1980s the company became particularly well known in the heavy sector with instruments that stood out for their modern features, distinctive design and excellent playability. Innovations such as 7- and 8-string guitars, born from fruitful collaborations with artists like Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and Meshuggah, further helped to establish Ibanez's strong reputation. Today the manufacturer offers an extensive range, from entry-level guitars and basses to exotic Custom Shop models. In addition, Ibanez also impresses in the field of effects and amplifiers, as the classic TS9 Tubescreamer proves. Here you'll find a comprehensive selection of guitars, basses, amplifiers, effects and accessories from Ibanez.
