For basses with Kluson reverse vintage tuners (e.g. Pre‑CBS Fender Jazz and Precision Bass) or an 11/16" (17.5 mm) headstock bore. The extender is supplied complete with mounting screws and instructions. It lets you tune your bass down to Drop D at the press of a lever. Hipshot H 20300 N BT3 Pre‑CBS Fender machine head:
