The Fender American Ultra II Stratocaster features a selected alder body with contoured body shaping. For effortless playability the roasted maple neck sports a Modern D profile and a smooth Ultra Satin finish. The 10"-14" compound-radius fretboards in ebony or maple are equipped with Ultra Rolled Edges, medium-jumbo frets, Luminlay side dots and Graph Tech TUSQ nuts. The tapered neck heel and contoured body allow excellent access to the upper frets.
A trio of Ultra II Noiseless Vintage Strat single-coil pickups delivers everything from sweet, crystal-clear cleans to cutting leads, all without a hint of hum. Fender's patented S-1™ switch unlocks additional pickup configurations for even more tonal variety. Other roadworthy features include a synchronized 2-point American Ultra tremolo with pop-in arm, polished stainless-steel block saddles, a cold-rolled steel block, Deluxe Locking Tuners, soft-touch knobs and a 1-ply anodised aluminium pickguard.
