The Fender American Ultra II Stratocaster HSS combines classic Strat design with modern performance features. The select alder body with ergonomic contours meets a roasted maple neck in a Modern D profile with a silky Ultra Satin Finish. The compound-radius fretboard (10"–14") with medium-jumbo frets, Ultra-rolled Edges and Luminlay® Side Dots provides high playing comfort and optimal orientation on dark stages.
Sonically, the guitar covers a wide spectrum: two Ultra II Noiseless™ Hot Strat® pickups deliver clear, hum-free single-coil tones, while the Haymaker™ humbucker at the bridge enables powerful leads and modern high-gain sounds. The humbucker can be split via the S-1™ switch, and the integrated Ultra Blaster preamp provides additional boost when needed.
Other features include a 2-Point American Ultra tremolo with pop-in arm, locking tuners, stainless-steel saddles and an anodised aluminium pickguard — designed for maximum stability on stage and in the studio.

To the Fender American Ultra II series
To make a Fender instrument available to everyone, they are offered in different price ranges. The subsidiary Squier sells affordable, Far East-made models built to original specifications with Fender know-how in the background. An affordable, "real" Fender can be found in the series made in Mexico. The classic original Fender instruments, such as the American Pro series, are made in the USA.
