Die Saiten schmieren Sich wie richtiges Alu. Das Spielgefühl leidet da drunter. Der Sound ist sehr metallisch mit manchen Plektren und man kann schwerer akzentuieren. Meine Saiten sinds nicht. Die Suche geht weiter. :-)
Die Ernie Ball Light Aluminum Bronze habe ich seit nahezu einem Jahr auf einer meiner Westerngitarren (Seagull SWS Maritime Folk), auf der sie immer noch klasse klingen. Dabei nehme ich die Gitarre mindestens einmal täglich für ein paar Songs in die Hand. Bisher gehören diese Ernie Ball zu den besten Saiten, die ich je auf dieser Gitarre hatte und zweifellos zu den langlebigsten.
