Purple Haze is in my Brain !! Electro Harmonix Octavix Octave Fuzz. Electro Harmonix makes the legendary Octave Fuzz sound of the 60's rise again. By using a ring modulator circuit a strange flute-like sound one octave higher than the original signal is added when playing in the high octaves of an electric guitar. In the Octavix ground effect, the internal voltage of the circuit can be set up to 24 volts, which produces a dramatic change in basic sound with a more intensive octave.
