Electro Harmonix Bender Royal Fuzz Black

Product information "Electro Harmonix Bender Royal Fuzz Black"

Electro Harmonix has taken on another classic circuit: the legendary Tone Bender MK III. The Bender Royales MK III Black is based on the well-known 3 Germanium Transistor Fuzz and has received some contemporary updates: the control options have been significantly expanded—2-band EQ, a BIAS Control regulates the input voltage of the fuzz section (from crumbly gated fuzz to fat distortion), Blend blends in the direct signal so that even with the heaviest fuzz the attack is preserved, Fat Switch boosts mids and bass for a richer fuzz sound, and the Clip Switch allows you to switch between clipping diodes (germanium or LED). The Bender Royale can be powered by standard 9-volt DC center negative voltage. An internal trimmer on the circuit board (Impedance Adjust) simulates a directly connected guitar. Vintage germanium fuzz pedals often react very strangely with upstream effect pedals, but with the Impedance Adjust trimmer, the Bender Royale can be easily adjusted. All this in a cool 60's "Colorsound Style" look.
