The EVH95 Eddie Van Halen Cry Baby Wah is another addition to the list of Dunlop EVH effects. It was modelled on Eddie's favourite Crybaby, which was modified in the early 90s to suit his taste and given a wider frequency spectrum, among other things. Interestingly, this wah has virtually developed a life of its own in this area due to Mr Van Halen's preference for mid-range use and is therefore characterised by a particularly accentuated mid-range and a boosted bass range. A hardwire bypass and a hand-selected coil round off this interesting package.
