The Duke© Meister ST is made in full solid construction and combines CITES-free tonewoods with an innovative thermal spruce top. The body is made of Santos rosewood and is a superb tonewood with an exciting wood texture that brilliantly joins the Duke© Meister line.
Based on recent research, the spruce top from the alpine highlands of the Swiss Grisons has been refined with a thermo-vacuum process. This artificial aging process changes the sound pattern positively and makes the wood less susceptible to moisture fluctuations. In addition, the wood acquires a pleasant warm color tone.
After careful manufacturing in China, each Duke© undergoes a reworking and adjusting in Thübingen at Reinhardt GmbH by a guitar maker. Thus, all Duke© are shipped to the trade with newly dressed and polished frets as well as string action adjusted ready to play. Thus we guarantee a pleasantly playable concert guitar from the very first day.
