Who turned the tables on Paloma? The Duesenberg Falken is one of Duesenberg's most radical designs – basically a reverse Paloma, which gives the guitar a cool Firebird style look. The body is made of solid alder, the maple/rosewood neck is glued to the body. Hardware and electrics are of the usual first-class Duesenberg quality - in terms of hardware, the decision was made to use the proven Steel Saddle Bridge in conjunction with the newly developed Wrapper Tailpiece. The electronics are also of the highest quality: a set of Duesenberg split-king humbuckers deliver classic humbucker and authentic single-coil sounds. A cool feature are the two pickup mode switches, which can be infinitely adjusted in height using the "elevator" mechanism (Duesenberg's own term).
