The tonewood pairing produces a warm, balanced sound with a slight emphasis on the treble. The cutaway makes it easy for you to reach the upper registers of the ebony fretboard. With the proven L.R. Baggs Lyric pickup the Bourgeois Guitars Soloist OM also performs very well amplified. Due to its somewhat smaller body shape the OM is especially at home in fingerstyle playing, but it is equally suitable for chord work.
