Pedalboard komt tot leven.. absoluut aanrader voor degene die bij analoge pedals blijven
Das ES-5 ist eine sehr gutes Gerät, es war meine erste Wahl bei den Loop-Swtichern schlicht weil ich früher mal ein GT-10 und dann ein GT-100 gespielt hatte. Es ist super kompakt und mit den beiden Geräten ES-8 und ES-5 hat man grad die richtige Auswahl. Ich benutze es mit der 4-Kabel-Methode, 3 x Overdrive und 1 x Delay und fertig ist mein Pedalboard. Wichtig war mir neben der geringen Größe und der wenigen Schalter noch MIDI, um so ein MIDI-fähiges Delay einzuschleifen und alle Delay/Modulation zu gestalten, d.h. ein schönes 'Ich-mache-es-mir-einfach' Delay beim Solo, etwas Chorus-like-Delay beim Schrabbeln und ein Hauch beim Blues-Solo. Wenn ich mal mehr Overdrives brauchen sollte, dann werde ich das Delay hinter den Verstärker kleben und nur noch per MIDI ansteuern, dann sind 2 Loops frei. Auch wichtig war mir die beiden Kanäle meines Amps zu steuern. Das einzige ist, dass wohl ein Softwarebug in der ausgelieferten Version zu einem Klicken führt wenn man ein Patch mit Buffer zu einem ohne schaltet, dass hätte man auch mal dazusagen können oder besser noch korrigieren vor Auslieferung. Daher bei Qualität ein Punkt Abzug. Aber wieder positives zum Schluss, die Menüführung ist relativ einfach, nach einer Stunde fummeln ist man gewappnet.
