The HT-20R MKIII is a 20W tube combo with a 1 x 12" speaker. The amplifier has modern features such as recording via USB-C and BLACKSTAR's speaker simulation Cabrig, which allows guitarists to choose between 100 different speaker, microphone, microphone placement and room settings. These settings can be saved and stored in 3 presets that can be recalled directly from the amplifier. The patented ISF control allows for both American and British sounds and a variety in between. The ability to reduce the wattage from 20W to 2W means that the amplifier sounds convincing even at low volumes. Together with the two footswitchable channels and the two voice switches, the amp has two clean and two overdrive sounds. A USB-C connection enables connection to a computer and thus the possibility of recording.
