We present the MODX M, Yamaha's next-generation mid-range synthesizer. It's designed to create exceptional timbres using its three synthesis engines. Use AN-X to emulate the warm sound of analogue vintage synthesizers, FM-X for innovative and dynamic FM sounds, and AWM2 for ultra-realistic, sample-based recreations of acoustic instruments. The Motion Control Synthesis Engine adds a unique fourth dimension of automated real-time control to your sonic palette. Thanks to a variety of controllers, switches and knobs you have direct access to your sound parameters.
The MODX M seamlessly connects stage and studio with comprehensive computer connectivity and integration via USB. With the Expanded Softsynth plugin for MODX M, the complete sound generation of the MODX M is also available virtually as a plugin for seamless integration into your DAW.
