Product information "Yamaha CK88"
The Yamaha CK88, with its weighted 88-note GHS keyboard, is aimed more at piano-oriented players. Wherever a grand piano or electric piano – and perhaps not even a speaker system – isn’t available, the CK88 offers characterful sounds from the Piano/E-Piano, Organ, Strings, Brass, Pad and Ethnic categories.
With just a few adjustments you can, for example, create a split/layer combination for a band project. If you need to accompany a choir using one of the existing Piano Live sets, the sound for direct connection to the house PA can be quickly tailored with the master EQ controls, so a mixing desk can be omitted. In addition, the CK88 proves that “piano feeling” in terms of sound and playability doesn’t require moving several hundred kilograms.

Yamaha or A Company That Makes Everything. In fact, you could probably list faster what Yamaha does not make. The Japan-based company, active for over 125 years, is the all-rounder among instrument manufacturers. Having started as a maker of pianos, grand pianos and even wooden furniture, the range was soon expanded considerably: Yamaha now offers keyboards, string instruments, woodwinds, drums and percussion as well as PA and studio equipment. For example, youll find steel-string acoustic guitars, electric guitars, electric basses, the popular PSR keyboards, acoustic drumkits and e-drum sets, flutes and saxophones for beginners and intermediates, as well as the popular Clavinova CLP-700 digital pianos and entertainer keyboards like the Genos or the synthesiser Yamaha MX49, plus PA equipment and studio monitors for professional needs. In any case, you can always rely on Yamaha for excellent value for money.
