With the Ages, Walrus Audio has an extremely versatile overdrive pedal in their program - 5 modes cover a wide range of classic overdrive sounds. Mode 1 delivers low gain with silicon diode soft clipping, mode 2 with LEDs for a more lively, poisonous sound, mode 3 high gain with silicon diode soft clipping, mode 4 high gain with LED and mode 5 high gain with silicon diode hard clipping for a fat, compressed sound. The Dry control can be used to mix in the dry direct signal - useful for adding a clean attack in the case of heavy distortion. As always with Walrus Audio: cool artwork makes the pedal a real eye-catcher on the pedalboard.
