The Valeton GP-5 is an ultra-compact multi-effects processor for electric guitar with integrated amp modelling technology that delivers a true powerhouse of tone despite its size. Equipped with over 100 high-quality effects, up to nine simultaneously usable modules and a colour LCD display, it offers everything modern guitarists need — whether for live, studio or home. Particularly impressive is the support for Neural Amp Modeling (NAM): this lets you import and use realistically sampled amp sounds — a feature previously reserved for much larger and more expensive systems.
Additionally, the GP-5 scores points with an integrated IR loader including 50 factory impulse responses and space for 20 user IRs. Bluetooth allows wireless editing via smartphone app, while the built-in USB interface enables direct recording, re-amping or practising with headphones — compatible with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Thanks to its stereo output, multifunction footswitch and rugged metal housing, the GP-5 is not only flexible but also road-ready. Despite its small size it delivers a tonal variety that easily keeps up with much bigger units.
