POLAR 8 MK2 is the most compact column system in the POLAR MK2 series. Whether on small stages, in the rehearsal room, or in conference and event environments – the system delivers maximum sound quality and flexibility with minimal effort, letting you focus on your performance.
The new Contour control allows you to make stepless, precise tonal adjustments for any application – from clear speech reproduction to powerful DJ sound. The 24-bit DSP's multiband limiter ensures maximum dynamics and a natural, balanced sound even at the highest volumes.

The POLAR 8 MK2 column
The column element of the POLAR 8 MK2 houses six powerful 2.5" neodymium drivers in a curved-column arrangement. With wide coverage angles of 120° x 45° it ensures even and clear sound distribution even in challenging or low rooms, and for both standing and seated audiences, including the front rows.
The POLAR 8 MK2 subwoofer
The specially braced cabinet minimises unwanted resonances and thus delivers a tight, precise bass. The compact 8" subwoofer impresses with easy handling and high transport comfort.
The integrated mixer
POLAR 8 MK2 features an integrated 3-channel mixer (2x Mic/Line, 1x Aux/Bluetooth) with master volume control and Bluetooth 5 audio streaming. Thanks to Bluetooth TWS you can connect two POLAR 8 MK2 units to a single Bluetooth device to create a true stereo system.
The new Contour control
With the intelligent Contour control (DJ / Music / Voice) you can precisely tune the sound to the specific application – from punchy music sets to speech-optimised presentations. The stepless adjustment enables much finer corrections than simple preset solutions.
24-bit DSP with multiband limiter
The built-in 24-bit DSP guarantees large dynamics, transparency and detail in every situation. The multiband limiter keeps the sound balanced and punchy even at maximum levels. It intervenes only in the frequency bands that actually approach the level limits. This keeps the overall sound of the POLAR 8 MK2 even and natural at full power – without pumping or distortion.
