Ich habe besonders geschätzt: Die freundliche Bedienung am Telefon, als ich unsicher war nach der online-Bestellung und Zahlung und deshalb nachfragte. Ihre begleitenden Informationen zum Stand von Bestellung und Versand. Die rasche Lieferung. Unangenehm: Das Etui zum Instrument schien dem Geruch nach lange in einem feuchten Raum gelegen zu haben. Der Geruch haftet ihm heute noch ein wenig an. Ansonsten: Vielen Dank für alles. Freundliche Grüsse, Ak. Feller
