With the Density model Henri SELMER Paris presents a new acoustic balance in its range of classic alto saxophone mouthpieces.
The mouthpiece combines the strengths of two popular Selmer mouthpieces, namely the Concept and the C. Delangle. In this way the playability and good response of the Concept mouthpiece are combined with the tone colour and projection of the C. Delangle.
The Density mouthpiece was designed for saxophonists seeking greater depth of tone and projection without sacrificing comfort. It offers richer overtones and a more present sound while remaining easy to control and play.
