The Keystage from KORG is the ultimate MIDI keyboard for live and studio use. Its semi-weighted 49-key keyboard offers velocity sensitivity, channel and polyphonic aftertouch as well as MPE compatibility (MIDI Polyphonic Expression).
Thanks to support for the MIDI 2.0 standard, the Keystage can also communicate bidirectionally with software and hardware instruments. For example, when using MIDI 2.0-compatible instruments, their key parameters are automatically mapped to the Keystage's eight rotary encoders. The names of these parameters and their values are also displayed on the OLED screens beneath the corresponding knobs and updated in real time.
Because the Keystage is backwards-compatible, you can also control classic MIDI devices that do not yet support the MIDI 2.0 standard. The Keystage is compatible with most common DAWs and offers especially deep integration with KORG Gadget and Ableton Live.
Its internal USB audio interface also lets you connect easily to a computer and sound system without extra peripherals — invaluable for live use.
Also on board are a sophisticated arpeggiator and an inspiring chord mode that lets you trigger pre-defined chords from single keys.
The slim, lightweight chassis makes it easy to transport while still providing the necessary robustness for the often gruelling day-to-day life on stage.
The package includes a practical accessory tray that can be mounted at two different angles and offers enough space for smart devices or a tablet. The included software bundle features the KORG Gadget Producer Bundle, wavestate native LE and Ableton Live 11 Lite.

The Japanese company Korg INC is one of the most renowned manufacturers of our time when it comes to electronic musical instruments and accessories. Among musicians the company is often simply referred to as Korg. The company was founded on 28 August 1963 by Tsutomu Kato and Tadashi Osanai.
