With the Monkey Cage 1x12" speaker, Kong has a reasonably priced 1x12" speaker with official features in its programme. A parallel output for a 2nd speaker is available. Kong uses the tried and tested Celestion Vintage 30 speaker. The baffle of the speaker is bevelled, the improved dispersion behaviour makes it easier to locate the Monkey Cage speaker on stage.

Kong ist mir bisher nicht vor die Flinte gekommen, aber es war ein Versuch, der sich gelohnt hat. Klingt mit meinem Laney Transistor-Top zusammen genau richtig.

... alles gut soweit, einzig ein bis zwei Ecken am Tolex sind nicht so gut verklebt. Sonst alles gut!
Il possède tout ce que je voulais, à commencer par un HP Celestion Vintage 30 de 12'', une impédance de 16 Ohms. Le HP incliné c'est très bien !!! Pour l'esthétique, il est bien fini, propre, pas de trace de colle ou autre et en plus j'ai eu le droit à la version avec le Logo sur la face avant ce qui le rend plus beau encore (avis personnel). Pour le son, sans surprise, ça sonne très bien, belle projection !!! Il tient très bien la comparaison avec les modèles de marques connues de la même catégorie qui se vendent jusqu'à 2 fois plus cher. Pour moins de 200 euros, c'est une affaire !!! C'est pas un Mesa mais c'est un vrai bon Cab à petit prix !!!
