Neunaber Iconoclast · Recording Tool
Neunaber also has a compact Speakersimulator in their program, the Iconoclast. At first glance, the Iconoclast seems quite simple: Potis for headphone level, low / mid / high potentiometer and noise gate threshold controller. However, the supposed sound control is much more complex: Low, as the name implies, low frequencies, but primarily simulates the size of different speaker cabinets from 12" open back (left stop) to 4x12" closed back (right stop). Mid simulates the attenuation factor of the amp and the interaction between the speaker and amp. High is responsible for the character of the loudspeaker. With the Iconoclast software, you get the right thing: High, Mid and Low can be fine tuned and adjusted to the personal setup, an additional EQ and a Compressor are also included. Your own programming can be sent via USB to the Iconoclast.
