Maxon AD-9 Pro Analog Delay · Guitar Effect
The AD-9 stompbox's Delay Level control adjusts the mix between dry unprocessed and wet processed signals, allowing the delayed signal to sit behind the input signal to add subtle ambience or right up in front for greater impact. Stereo outputs provide a variety of signal routing options for use with multiple amplifier setups or mixer channels. All sounds are provided with zero clock noise thanks to one Signetics NE570 compander and true bypass switching using a 4PDT mechanical switch.
The original! Maxon, a Japanese effect device manufacturer produced not only under its own brand name but also as an OEM manufacturer for other companies. The Maxon Nine series was sold in the early 80s under the label Ibanez. Pedals such as the TS-9 were best-sellers. After moving away from Ibanez, Maxon offers its pedals again in Europe under its own brand name. The Nine series corresponds largely to the vintage Ibanez 9 series, with Maxon however, you don't have to miss out on modern features such as True Bypass.
