The big brother of the popular Soul Press Wah pedal: the Soul Press II now has a lot more under the hood. The enclosure has been enlarged for better usability, but is still much more pedalboard-friendly than the wah pedals of the competitors. There are 4 modes available: Volume - an active volume control without loss of sound and level, Wah, Volume + Wah and Expression. A useful addition is the status indicator LED chain, which visually displays the pedal position. An optional tuner can be connected via the tuner out. The wah sound can be switched between two types, and the filter range can be adjusted using the "Q" pot. Additionally, it can also be used as an expression pedal.

Suchte nach einem handlichen Volumepedal, da ich aber auch mit einem Wah geliebäugelt habe, bin ich auf das Hotone gestoßen. Beide Pedale in einem, durch einen Klick umschaltbar und eine pedalfreundliche Größe aber auch nicht ganz Mini . Gute Funktionalität und Anzeige der Aussteuerung durch LEDs. Habe den Wah Sound noch nicht mit dem cry Baby verglichen, aber mir gefällt er und ist zudem noch in einigen Parameter einstellbar. Thumb up!
