Musicians' Flea Market

On flea market day there's more than bargains: we're opening our new Dolby Atmos Studio, inviting you to a synth workshop with CALC and setting up a professional photo studio for musicians and bands. All events are free – come by!

Arrival information for flea market visitors

  • Musik Produktiv will be open for you on that day from 09:00 to 16:00!
  • For our visitors arriving by car, a car park is signposted from the Ibbenbüren-Laggenbeck motorway exit (parking fee: €5).
  • A free shuttle bus runs from the car park to the store from 08:45.
  • You can also reach us by train – our store is only a 10-minute walk from Ibbenbüren-Laggenbeck station!

Dolby Atmos Studio Opening x Adam Audio

Come by and experience sound that surrounds you!

We're opening our new Dolby Atmos Studio together with Adam Audio. Expect a day full of sound, exciting demonstrations and plenty of opportunities to try things out.

Our studio is certified and measured by Dolby. It is therefore the first Dolby Atmos demonstration room in retail in northern Germany.

Product specialists from Adam Audio will be on site for the opening. They'll show you the products, demonstrate Dolby Atmos live and answer your questions. Listen to different setups, discover the possibilities and find out for yourself how immersive sound feels.

Feel the Fourm – Hands-on Workshop with CALC

Don't just listen — play for yourself

Do you want to not only get to know the Sequential Fourm but try it out yourself? Then discover the possibilities of this versatile synthesizer together with Chris Calcutt, aka CALC.

The focus is on working directly with the instrument: playing, listening, tweaking and experimenting. You'll realise your own ideas and experience how sounds can be shaped using the Fourm's various functions.

What to expect

  • Discover four-voice analogue sound generation
  • Try polyphonic aftertouch yourself
  • Modify sounds and play with greater expressiveness
  • Realise your own ideas directly on the instrument
  • Practical tips and exciting insights from CALC
  • Plenty of time to try things out and ask your questions

Who is it for?

The workshop is aimed at synth beginners, curious musicians and experienced users. You don't need any prior knowledge.

About CALC

Chris Calcutt, aka CALC, has been a Product Specialist at the Focusrite Group for 14 years. He presents and demonstrates products from Sequential, Novation and Oberheim across Europe and works closely with product and marketing teams. He also produces and performs his own electronic music with hardware and is part of the experimental electronic scene in Brighton.

CALC will be on site all day and looks forward to your questions about synthesizers.

The big photoshoot for Music Artists & Bands – powered by Zoom

Your new press photos, free and in professional quality

On flea market day we'll set up a professional photo studio for Music Artists and Bands of all styles. Photographer Alex Felder will photograph artists and bands using professional flash equipment in a specially arranged shooting environment.

Whether solo artist, duo or a full band of up to seven people: secure one of the limited slots and receive professional portrait and band photos for your projects.

What to expect

Unfortunately you cannot bring your own instruments. Various instruments and props will be provided on site for you, including guitars, basses, microphones, drums and additional equipment.

Important information for sellers at the flea market

Unfortunately all pitches for this event have already been sold.

  • Approx. 200 sales pitches for used musical instruments
  • Private individuals only!
  • Dealers are not permitted!
  • Advance registration for a sales pitch is required.
    All sales pitches have already been allocated. If dealers have not arrived by 09:00, we reserve the right to reassign the pitches.
  • Pitch size with car parking space: max. 20m2
  • Pitch fee: €25
  • You can order a maximum of 2 tickets (pitches) per person. Tickets are not transferable to other people.
  • Arrival between 06:00 and 07:30. Pitches will be assigned by our team.

Free choice of pitch or reserving a pitch in advance is not possible!
