Product information "Chicago Winds CC-FL2100 curved flute"
If you are just starting to play the flute, you need an instrument with an easy response, robust mechanics and a low weight. The Chicago Winds CC-FL2100 offers just that.
It is made entirely of nickel silver and is silver-plated. Nickel silver offers the student flute a number of advantages as it is particularly robust. It has a low dead weight, which also increases playing comfort. This benefits children in particular. Another advantage is its resistance to corrosion, which ensures a long service life for the instrument. The silver plating also offers further protection against corrosion.
The easy response of this instrument gives beginners the necessary confidence to play and guarantees quick learning success. The smooth-running mechanism and the advanced G as well as the E-mechanism offer an ergonomic and relaxed playing position when making music. The silver plating gives the instrument a round sound character in the lower and middle octave. In the upper octave, the CC-FL2100 has a radiant sound.
The practical lightweight case offers the instrument optimum protection and increased carrying comfort, as it is particularly light and has a shoulder strap. A cleaning rod and a cloth for cleaning the inside are included for optimum care.
The "E-mechanism":
The E-mechanism is an additional lever that makes the high E (e3) more precise and easier to play. It therefore facilitates intonation and provides additional playing security. The E-mechanism proved its worth many years ago, especially in the amateur and semi-professional field.
The "advanced G":
The position of the G key, known as the "advanced G", is now standard on every good flute. This key position allows the instrument to adapt to the ergonomics of the hand and not the other way round. So make sure that your flute has an "advanced G" - your fingers will thank you for it!

Chicago Winds stands for an excellent price-performance ratio. Whether saxophone, clarinet, flute, trumpet, French horn, baritone, euphonium or trombone, the woodwind and brass instruments have been carefully tested and selected by our staff in small Asian workshops. After all, we don't want to offer you mass-produced goods, but quality instruments from the recorder to the tuba at a good price. Before they go on sale, they are also checked by the specialists in our wind instrument workshop, so you can be sure when ordering online that you'll receive an instrument in optimal condition. We especially recommend Chicago Winds to beginners who are looking for a good instrument at an equally good price but don't want to invest a lot of money at the start. Therefore these wind instruments are also interesting for music schools, wind classes, music clubs and orchestras. You can also find special instruments, such as hunting horns or the Aida trumpet, in the extensive Chicago Winds range and exclusively at session.
