Sennheiser HD-25
The DJ headphone with legendary status!
The legendary HD-25 from Sennheiser began its success story at the end of the 1980s as a noise-reducing in-flight headphone in Concorde passenger aircraft. Since then it has rapidly and supersonically established itself in the DJ scene and delights not only the DJ community as a closed on-ear headphone in clubs and on big stages. The headphone impresses both with its precise and powerful sound and with the ability to have defective components replaced. The top models from the HD-25 range deliver a sensitivity of 120 dB and an impedance of 70 ohms with a frequency range of 16 Hz - 22 kHz. The clever thing about these headphones is the flexible earcups, which allow you to hear both the music and your surroundings depending on how they are positioned. This feature is especially appreciated by DJs and sound engineers. The wearing comfort has also proven itself, so even longer use remains comfortable.
The HD-25 headphones are available, besides the standard version, also as HD-25 Light and HD-25 Plus.
The HD-25 Light forms the entry point into the HD-25 range. The Light variant delivers a sensitivity of 113.5 dB and an impedance of 60 ohms with a frequency range of 30 Hz - 16 kHz. Due to its minimalist design you should be aware that the earcups do not move as flexibly. Nevertheless, it delivers outstanding sound and solid build quality. The HD-25 Light from Sennheiser is aimed at cost-conscious customers who want to benefit from the core properties of the HD-25 range.
The HD-25 Plus model additionally comes with an extra coiled cable, additional soft ear pads and a practical carrying pouch, so your new headphones are well protected during a hectic DJ or stage day-to-day.
