Yamaha, o "A Company That Makes Everything". In effetti è più rapido elencare ciò che Yamaha non produce. L'azienda giapponese, attiva da oltre 125 anni, è il poliedrico per eccellenza tra i produttori di strumenti. Nato come produttore di pianoforti e pianoforti a coda e perfino di mobili in legno, l'assortimento è poi stato notevolmente ampliato: oggi Yamaha offre strumenti a tastiera, strumenti a corda, strumenti a fiato, batterie e percussioni, così come accessori per PA e per studio. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt hier einfach. Traumhafte Tastatur, und vor allem eine traumhafte Abstimmung auf die Sounds. Ziemlich gute Akustische Piano Sounds und einfach unglaublich gute Rhodes -, Wurlitzer - und Clavinet - Sounds. Die Bedienung mit diesen drei Ebenen finde ich persönlich etwas albern - das fand ich bei meinem S-90 XS besser gelöst. Ich habe da lieber ein paar mehr Parameter und mehr Speicherplätze, ist wohl dem Zeitgeist geschuldet. Verarbeitung ist super und kaum habe ich das Teil gekauft kommt wieder ein Update des Betriebssystems mit zwei neuen Piano-Sounds und erheblich gesteigertem Funktionsumfang - das ist mehr als löblich in dieser Zeit, der nicht eingehaltenen Versprechen! Ein vorbildliches, professionelles Produkt - chapeau Yamaha!
