The Blackstar Debut 100 Black offers 'a lot of amp for your guitar' at a low price. With a power rating of 100 watts (reducible to 5 watts) it is sufficiently sized for rehearsal rooms and pub gigs. The preamp, built using MOSFET technology, delivers a powerful, tube-like sound. There are 2 channels — Clean and Overdrive — which share a single tone control. On board is Blackstar's patented ISF circuit, which lets you radically change the amp's basic character with just one knob. Also included is a headphone output with integrated speaker simulation, which can also be used for recording applications. The Debut 100 also makes a good figure as a pedalboard amp.
