With the Itelligent Harmony Machine pedal, the effects pedal specialist Electro Harmonix has a sophisticated intelligent pitch shifter in its programme that can be used to shift the pitch of diatonic single note lines or chords or single notes in "Poliphonic Override Mode". In Harmony mode, the pedal can generate real 2-note lines with matching harmony voices in 12 selectable keys. Fixed tone intervals are also possible. In Polyphonic Override mode, complete chords can be shifted, ideal for the popular down tunings. The footswitch can also work in momentary mode, allowing you to edit individual notes or chords at lightning speed as long as the footswitch is held down.

Super Harmonien, sehr stabiles Gehäuse. Batterie Betrieb möglich. Leichte Bedienung. Nur die Beschriftung etwas klein.
Leider haben die meisten Pedale, wie auch dieses, keine Midi-Option. Grade bei einem Harmonizer, der sich, wie in dem Fall, auch in der Tonart anpassen lässt, wäre das sehr praktisch. Ansonsten ist das Pedal sehr wertig, klingt super, bietet viele Optionen und es macht Spaß damit rumzuspielen. Dabei habe ich zum Beispiel entdeckt, wie man die Gitarre japanisch klingen lassen kann oder wie eine Steel Guitar. Der Effektanteil lässt sich auch einstellen. Das sollte zwar jeder Harmonizer können, was mich hier überzeugt hat und für mich am wichtigsten ist, ist der Klang. Rauschen habe ich nicht festgestellt und auch keine störenden Latenzen. Der Preis hat es in sich aber die Arbeit mit dem Gerät hat mich das schnell vergessen lassen.
Normalement on la branche en direct, mais cela produisait des grésillements et une distortion désagréable du son. En revanche, branchée dans la boucle d'effets cette pédale marche parfaitement chez moi ! Les différents modes permettent d'ajuster le son pour un rendu de bonne qualité, donc très utile pour les différents titres qui demandent un doublage de guitare avec une ou plusieurs octaves.
