Product information "Yamaha AG08"
AG08 - ALL-IN-ONE STREAMING STATION
The flagship of Yamaha's second-generation AG series is one of the most capable streaming solutions on the market. More flexible I/O and USB routing options, additional DSP effects, expanded functionality and improved internal circuitry – delivering an impressive range of streaming applications. Packed with powerful features, yet flexible and easy to use.
Two mic inputs with two headphone outputs
The AG08 can simultaneously power two condenser microphones with +48V phantom power – the preferred choice for musicians and content creators focused on speech.
With the dedicated AG08 Controller app the two mic inputs can also be used as stereo pairs for ASMR productions and placed in the stereo panorama. Additionally, the two independent headphone outputs allow different monitoring mixes to be supplied.
Three assignable faders for flexible USB I/O routing
The freely assignable faders for channels 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 let you control analogue LINE signals and/or USB signals from different apps on a USB-C connected computer intuitively and quickly from the hardware.
Apps or DAWs that support ASIO also allow simultaneous multi-track recording of channels 1, 2, 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8, even during a livestream.
FIVE DSP EFFECTS
The AG08 is equipped with five effects to give voice, music or instrument signals the finishing touches they need. All effects are calculated latency-free on the AG08's onboard DSP*, so they do not burden the streaming PC. Channel 1 features a new Voice Changer effect, enabling everything from subtle corrections to complete voice alteration. Channel 2 offers the amp simulator already known from other AG products for even richer bass or guitar tones. In addition to comp, EQ and reverb, a delay effect is now also available. The Priority Ducker automatically attenuates sounds from channels 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 when signal is present on channel 1 or 2, ensuring speakers in a livestream are easily heard without extra effort.
Four effect-preset buttons
In the lower-left corner of the AG08 are four buttons to seamlessly switch between individual effect presets for channel 1. This lets you quickly select the appropriate effect – including the new Voice Changer – during a performance.
Six sound pads
The six sound pads on the AG08 let you spice up any stream. In the AG08 Controller app, as well as the supplied sounds/samples, any audio content can be dragged & dropped onto the desired pad and trimmed, and you can record your own samples directly via the AG08.

Yamaha or A Company That Makes Everything. In fact, you could probably list faster what Yamaha does not make. The Japan-based company, active for over 125 years, is the all-rounder among instrument manufacturers. Having started as a maker of pianos, grand pianos and even wooden furniture, the range was soon expanded considerably: Yamaha now offers keyboards, string instruments, woodwinds, drums and percussion as well as PA and studio equipment. For example, youll find steel-string acoustic guitars, electric guitars, electric basses, the popular PSR keyboards, acoustic drumkits and e-drum sets, flutes and saxophones for beginners and intermediates, as well as the popular Clavinova CLP-700 digital pianos and entertainer keyboards like the Genos or the synthesiser Yamaha MX49, plus PA equipment and studio monitors for professional needs. In any case, you can always rely on Yamaha for excellent value for money.
