Vandoren Java Alto Sax 3,0 · Reeds
Vandoren JAVA series
Vandoren developed the Java reeds in 1983 for Jazz and pop music. A larger pallet and a more flexible blade tip than the Traditional reed allows vibration over a larger surface area with maximum flexibility. Pallet refers to the zone in which the waves propagate with the largest range of wavelengths. This kind of "backbone" gives the musician much greater playing flexibility, as the resultant elasticity zone is very large. JA stands for Jazz, VA for Variety (entertainment music) and of course for ... Vandoren.
Uniform strength
All Vandoren reeds are tested with highly sensitive electronic measuring instruments and sorted. So that the greatest possible security is given that the contents of a package have no variation within the strengths.
protection
Each Vandoren reed is delivered individually sealed in a protective foil to prevent damage.
Vandoren Java
Vandoren developed Java Blätter in 1983 for jazz and pop music. A larger pinhole and a more flexible blade tip than the traditional blade allows vibrations on a larger surface with maximum flexibility. The pinch is the zone where the waves with the largest wavelength range propagate. From the tip, the waves are further absorbed by the Java blade. This kind of "backbone" allows the musician more flexibility in playing, since the resulting elasticity range is very wide. JA stands for Jazz, VA for Varieté (light music) and of course for... vandors.
Uniform strength
All Vandoren reeds are checked and sorted with highly sensitive electronic measuring instruments. This provides the greatest possible assurance that the contents of a package do not fluctuate within the thickness.
Protection
Each Vandoren reed is delivered individually shrink-wrapped in a protective foil to prevent damage. This way it has the properties as if it had come directly from production.
