Walrus Audio sets new standards in fuzz with the EONS pedal - no less than 5 different clipping options with silicon, germanium and LED clipping diodes are selectable. Mode 1 delivers classic germanium fuzz - round and soft with the typical compression, Mode 2 silicon soft clipping with bass boost before the fuzz, compressed and brilliant, Mode 3 germanium soft clipping, "crunchy" with distortion notes, Mode 4 LED clipping with hi-cut, dark and dynamic and Mode 5 hard clipping transistor with soft clipping LED, really nasty and mean. A cool feature is the adjustable internal operating voltage: at low settings you get crumbly velcro style fuzz - at high settings the fuzz sound becomes increasingly dynamic and defined.
