Product information "Shure SM7B"
The flat 50 Hz-20 kHz frequency response of the Shure SM7B Microphone with Switchable Response is designed for close miked spoken word and vocals and is often used for broadcast applications, but it's also an exceptional microphone for adding body to thin vocals and handling loud rock/metal singers. The SM7B also tames harsh or sibilant sounds from hi-hat, cymbals, and voice. The SM7B is highly shielded against electrical interference, and includes bass roll-off and mid-range emphasis presence boost controls with graphic display, and internal "air suspension" shock isolation. It ships with a standard windscreen and an A7WS detachable windscreen for close-talk applications.
The Shure SM7 was used by Bruce Swedien used to record Michael Jackson's vocals on Thriller. The Shure SM7B is an updated version with improved shielding, so electromagnetic interference from lights, computer monitors, or other sources won't affect performances.

Empfehlenswert!
Genial für Stimme und akkustische Sachen
