The ID: Core V4 amplifiers are available with 10W, 20W or 40W of power and, thanks to their lightweight construction and integrated effects, are suitable for both beginners and professionals. The ID: Core 10 V4 offers the familiar intuitive controls of a traditional amplifier, but is significantly more versatile due to its programmability. The Voice control allows you to access six different sounds: Clean Warm, Clean Bright, Crunch, Super Crunch, OD 1 and OD 2. In combination with the ISF control, various sounds from American to British and everything in between can be created. The amp's effects section produces wide stereo modulation, delay and reverb effects in studio quality. The included Architect software allows you to make and save further settings via USB-C. The Line In / Streaming input allows you to play music and stream directly from a smartphone using a 3.5mm cable.

Der Klang ist im Gegensatz zu vielen RöhrenAmps auch bei geringer Lautstärke ziemlich gut: Sehr sauber im Clean Modus und mit PRS-Humbucker auch gut fett für Rocksongs. Was ich gerne hätte, wäre eine Möglichkeit, Höhen, Mitten und Bass einstellen zu können, deshalb Abzüge bei "Ausstattung". Aber für gut 200 € klare Kaufempfehlung.
