Product information "Zoom H6essential"
With the Zoom H6essential, you can make perfect recordings on the go without the hassle of levelling thanks to 32-bit float recording. At home on your computer or on the go on your mobile phone with iOS/Android, it can easily be used as an audio interface and still record to a micro SD card.
Four locked XLR/jack combo sockets to the built-in X/Y microphones offer you flexible connection options for microphones, instruments or line signals without accidentally disconnecting an XLR cable. Up to 1 TB with MicroSDHCX cards lets you create high-quality recordings at up to 92 kHz without having to constantly change the memory card. A separate line output can be used, for example, to pass the sound directly to a camera and thus record professional sound recordings directly with image.
With various functions such as overdubbing or adjusting the playback speed, the Zoom H6 Essential is also the perfect practice partner. Quiet controls do not interfere with recording, but you can use the optional BTA-1 Bluetooth adapter and the iOS control app to control the H6e remotely. The adapter can also be used to synchronise a timecode.
Optional accessories such as a windscreen or power adapter are also available.
The Zoom H6essential has won the SOS Award 2025 in the category "Best Hardware Audio Recorder"!
