The newly designed roto-moulded flat rack transport cases meet the needs of musicians and professional audio/video engineers. The new 1SKB-R4S now has a lid over the entire front and back for easy access, instead of just one access on the back. Both lids have a rubber seal to protect the transport case from water.
The low-profile racks are rotomoulded for stability and durability and feature a new interlocking external design, recessed military-standard black steel twist locks, shock-absorbing rubber feet and new heavy-duty flush handles. With the additional rear rack rails and new lid design, the depth of the new rotationally moulded flat racks has been increased to 10.7 inches from front to rear rail. Devices can now be mounted front and rear with the included rackmount clips.
The new 10.7 inch depth for 2U, 3U and 4U X-Racks allows for a wider variety of components such as effects processors (Line 6, Digitech, etc. ), signal processors (DBX Comp, Rack Rider, etc. ), inverters (Furman, Samson), bass amplifiers (SWR, Galien, Krueger), line mixers, wireless microphone systems (Shure, Sony), CD and cassette players, to name but a few, without having to unplug them to close the rear lid.
