With the WashX. 432 sw is a new LED-based washlight that has been specially, but not exclusively, developed and equipped for trade fair construction.

The device has a total of 432 LEDs, half of which are split into cool white and warm white LEDs. This allows the device to flexibly adjust the colour temperature between 3,000 and 6,000 Kelvin at any time.

The selection of the appropriate colour temperature and the respective macros has been made particularly easy for every conceivable application. The classic stand builder, who generally prefers not to use DMX, can set and save both the colour temperature and the brightness using the two jog wheels on the back of the device. Regardless of whether the device is switched on and off every day or is travelling to a trade fair - the previously set values are immediately available after switching on. The display provides the user with feedback on the macro and brightness so that the settings can be kept the same for many devices. Adjustments can be made at any time using the jog wheel and can be saved with a single press.

In event technology, where DMX 512 is standard, users like to remain flexible and can quickly adapt each device to the desired situation. Here, the 5-pin XLR connectors ensure reliable connectivity. And if cabling is difficult to realise, the optional LUMENRADIO CRMX module can be plugged into the back of the device and used directly.

The DMX modes and all other setting options have been deliberately reduced. In addition to the start address, two DMX modes can be selected - colour temperature macros and brightness on the one hand and separate control of the cool white and warm white LEDs on the other.

The many LEDs in the WashX. 432 sw naturally need to be cooled accordingly. The active and temperature-controlled cooling system produces virtually no background noise, making the device the perfect partner for installation in noise-sensitive environments. Other features naturally include barndoors and a colour filter frame for diffusion filters or classic colour filters, for example.

As far as the connectivity of the device is concerned, the simple cabling via powerCON TRUE1 input and output is highly appreciated, especially in the field of exhibition stand construction. The unsightly cabling using multiple sockets (which are located in the visible area, especially on smaller exhibition stands) is no longer necessary.
