Ukuleles
The ukulele is a guitar-like plucked instrument and can also be found in our guitar section. Traditionally, a ukulele has four strings but there are also ukuleles with six (the so-called guitar-ukulele) and even eight strings. The ukulele often gives the impression it is a children's guitar because of it's small size, but this is not quite right. The ukulele is quickly becoming a cult instrument. There are different ukuleles: the classical soprano C or D tuned ukulele, the concert, tenor, baritone and bass ukulele.
