Daslight DVC4 Gold

The Daslight DVC4 Gold is a DMX interface, compatible with the Daslight 4 software. This golden version of the interface has 1024 DMX channels and full functionality in the software, which means unlimited number of steps per scene and simultaneous use of an infinite number of scenes. With the software in combination with this interface, professional, high-quality light shows and lighting plans can be created, which can be operated on site on a laptop and possibly tablet or smartphone. The new fourth generation software is more powerful than ever and has extensive libraries with more than 15,000 fixtures.
DVC4 Gold: 1024 DMX channels and full functionality

With this DVC4 Gold all functions within the software can be addressed. The number of outgoing DMX channels is 1024. The DVC4 Gold is connected via USB to a computer on which Daslight 4 is installed. The software can be downloaded free of charge from the Daslight website for Mac and Windows. An interface like this DVC4 Gold is required so that the information can be converted into DMX signals. It is equipped with a 3-pin XLR connector for a DMX input and output. This also allows an external controller to be connected to the interface so that you can exercise even more hands-on control over the light show. With the internal 128k memory, simpler shows can be operated directly on the interface without the need for a computer. You can create a show or lighting plan at home and take it with you to the scene on the interface.

Daslight 4 - the software

The Daslight software has undergone several innovations, Daslight 4 came out. The internal library has more than 15,000 fixtures, the FX engine has been renewed and operation via smartphone and tablet is now possible. The control of the light shows is smooth and comfortable. You can create and patch the lighting at home, design scenes and chases and program movements of scanners or moving heads. The completely created light show can then be pre-rendered on the computer so that the show can be viewed in virtual form. It is also possible to use the software live, e. g. for scene changes and selection, which makes it quite flexible.
