Apogee Quartet · Audio interface

Apogee's Quartet USB 2.0 audio interface gives you the ultimate desktop recording experience for Mac with four balanced combo inputs and eight outputs of Apogee 24-bit/192kHz AD/DA conversion and four microphone preamps with phantom power and up to 75dB gain. The Quartet also provides up to eight digital inputs via two optical Lightpipe connections. Other features include two full colour OLED screens for routing details, six QuickTouch pads for input and output selection, and a single controller knob to adjust input gain and output level. If you make music on a Mac, the Apogee Quartet is the ideal audio interface.

Without looking at your computer, Quartet's colour OLED screens lets you see metering, levels, grouping and phase, muting, phantom power and Soft Limit for all inputs and outputs.

The Apogee Quartet allows connecting up to four microphones, instruments, keyboards or line inputs, plus MIDI I/O via USB-A for a MIDI controller or keyboard. Quartet is expandable with up to eight digital Lightpipe inputs. Mix in stereo, and monitor through up to three sets of monitor speakers or in 5.1 surround.

The bundled Maestro 2 aoftware features a single window interface with access to all device and system settings. Select input type, enable Soft Limit on microphone and instrument inputs, use the mixer for low latency monitoring and assign speaker sets to touchpads. Maestro 2 lets you easily configure Quartet to fit your workflow.
