Eastman Truetone Gloss

The instruments of the Eastman Truetone Gloss series offer everything the ambitious electric guitarist is looking for: outstanding playability, excellent workmanship, a balanced tonal picture and an unbeatable price-performance ratio.

The range within the Truetone Gloss series is very versatile. You’ll find solid-, hollow- and semi-hollow guitars as well as a wide selection of jazz models. Studio players will surely appreciate the fully solid-constructed TX hollowbodies. Alongside the more traditionally styled T- and SB-models, Eastman also explores distinctive designs: the hollowbody Romeo and the solidbody counterpart Juliet convince with their excellent specification and ergonomics. The modern body shapes, unique to Eastman, were designed by Otto D’Ambrosio and Pepijn t’Hart.

All instruments in the series are fitted with high-quality pickups from Bare Knuckle and Seymour Duncan, and tone and volume are handled by high-quality CTS pots. The main body woods used are mahogany and okoumé, while some guitars also feature striking maple tops. Necks are usually made of mahogany or maple, and ebony fretboards are standard at Eastman. A particular eye-catcher are the classic lacquer and the beautiful burst finishes offered on the SB and T models. These look especially impressive on flamed tops. All instruments are of course finished with the in-house Truetone Gloss-Finish.

Each guitar of the Truetone Gloss series is delivered by Eastman in a sturdy wooden case together with a certificate of authenticity.
