Fender '63 Tube Reverb · Guitar Effect

Hammond, the pioneer of the electromagnetic organ, exuded at the end of the fifties with a spring reverb effect which was then used in the legendary organs. Fender took up this idea, and in 1961 brought out a Hall effect device - the Tube Reverb or simply called Reverb Unit. A Spring Tank is controlled by a tube circuit and produces a deep, intense reverb effect. Surf guitarists like Dick Dale discovered the spring effect and thus created their characteristic, rattling surf sounds. The Fender '63 Tube Reverb is a reissue of this effect classic. This version in classic tweed outfit.
