Multi-functional modulation pedal • Four analogue effects in one: Modulated Wah, Phaser, Tremolo and Vibrato • MODE Switch: Selects between the four different types of effects: WAH, PHASOR, TREMOLO and VIBRATO • RANGE Knob: Adjusts the amount of modulation that will be applied to your signal. As the RANGE knob is turned from the Counter-Clockwise (minimum) position to the Clockwise (maximum) position, the intensity of the effect will increase • AUTO/MANUAL/EXP Toggle Switch: AUTO mode for normal modulation use. When this switch is set to MANUAL/EXP mode, the internal modulation waveform is disconnected from the circuit and the RANGE knob will sweep through the effect. In MANUAL/EXP mode, you can connect an expression pedal or control voltage (between 0 - 5V only) to the EXP • PEDAL jack and use the expression pedal to sweep the modulation effects • RATE Knob: Adjusts the speed of modulation for the effect. As the RATE knob is turned from the Counter-Clockwise (minimum) position to the Clockwise (maximum) position, the rate of modulation will increase • RATE/STATUS LED: If the effect is engaged, the LED will blink at the same rate that the effect modulates. If the LED is off, The Worm is in bypass mode • The footswitch engages/disengages the effect • Powered by supplied 24VDC/100mA adaptor • The Electro-Harmonix Worm is an all-analogue guitar processor pedal featuring 4 modulation effects: phaser, tremolo, vibrato, and an all-new effect, modulated wah! At the heart of The Worm is a specially designed tone-bending engine which creates awesome oscillatory effects. The MODE rotary switch selects one of four modulation effects: WAH, PHASER, TREMOLO and VIBRATO. The RANGE knob adjusts the amount of modulation applied to your signal. The RATE knob adjusts the speed of modulation. AUTO/MANUAL/EXP toggle switch should be set to AUTO for normal use. Set to MANUAL/EXP mode, the internal modulation waveform is disconnected from the circuit and the RANGE knob will sweep through the effect and you can connect an expression pedal or 0 -5V control voltage to the EXP. PEDAL jack and use the expression pedal to sweep the effects.
