The 212ce-N Plus is a professional instrument at an attractive price, combining inspiring nylon-string tonal colours with easy playability. Thanks to the 12-fret neck, the slightly wider 1-7/8-inch nut and the slim Taylor neck, this cutaway Grand Concert guitar is one of the most playable nylon-string guitars on the market. The combination of a solid torrefied spruce top and layered Indian rosewood back and sides produces an articulated, punchy tone that will delight both classical and steel-string players. Our torrefaction process for the top adds a touch of played-in sweetness straight out of the case. A special internal bracing provides a clear, open voice that responds to a light touch and sustains well. A built-in ES-N pickup delivers a natural, authentic nylon-string sound when amplified. This Plus model features a gloss body with black binding, a slotted headstock, an Italian acrylic rosette, 4 mm dot fretboard inlays and classic nickel tuners with faux-pearl buttons. It ships in a lightweight, rugged AeroCase.
