The Terra 42 is Pedaltrain's largest model and the ultimate choice for true effects pedal enthusiasts or permanent studio applications.
All of the design features of the new pedalboard portfolio are as follows: Featherweight and super-robust frame made of aircraft aluminum, 5-rail design including modified rail spacing and an "open-front" concept for full flexibility. The modified rail design represents a halving of the original rail distance and is therefore much more comfortable with modern, very small-sized pedals. Even micro-effect pedals find perfect support on the new "Terra 42".
The open-front design replaces the so-called "portholes" (predefined round openings for cable routing) of the predecessor series and offers, among other things, maximum freedom in positioning or mounting the voltage supply.
Like every pedaltrain model, the Terra 42 is made of astonishingly light but at the same time absolutely robust aircraft aluminum; It is the best possible mix of portability (only 3.18 kg weight) and reliable tour-ability. This is underlined by Pedaltrains unique Life-Time Warranty!!
The Terra 42 comes with hook and loop tape (534 cm) in official industrial quality, as well as numerous cable ties for clean and tidy cable management on the board's underside.
The Terra 42 is optionally available with a high-quality, well-padded Softcase or road-compatible Tour-Case. Compared to the predecessor series, the new Softcases have various practical improvements such as a completely made of metal zipper (great advantage compared to normal plastic). The new Tourcases offer superior protection of the pedalboard and at the same time weigh up to 30% less than the models of the predecessor series.
